Just because fitness wear is supposed to be functional, that doesn’t mean it can’t be fashionable too. Many brands have started carrying more eye-catching pieces. Fun prints and cutouts are going to be huge this spring so why not carry those trends into your workout gear. Here’s a few stylish and workout-friendly pieces that I’m loving.

Prints electrify your outfit. They give an exciting, eye-catching touch, which is probably why so many designers wanted it on their runways.
There were so many beautiful patterns and prints gracing the runway, that I just have to pay homage. Some of my favorite patterns are floral and the ever-so-popular marble print (at least popular this season). Geometrics, stripes, landscapes, randomness, I don’t care what print it is. Just wear it, because this season, you can.
Marc by Marc Jacobs
Diane von Furstenberg
Wild prints can be seen and worn everywhere. There’s endless ways to incorporate them into your outfit. Don’t be afraid to try something out of your comfort zone, because that’s where the magic happens.

Fringe is one of my absolute favorites. Maybe it’s my inner flower child, but it’s just so free and flowing. I love everything about it. It just makes me want to move.
Luckily, I’m not the only one who loves it. Many variations of fringe were seen on the runways. Its flowing glory was showcased in all different fabrics, colors, and patterns.
Marc Jacobs RTW
You can never forget the accessories. Purses with fringe and/or tassels are one of my favorite ways to rock this look.
I apply this trend to my style a little differently, because I don’t live on a runway or on the pages of Vogue. I love the bohemian feel of fringe. I love it flowing long from my jackets and kimonos. I love a good a long fringe skirt that follows me as I walk, and I just love the movement of the tassels as the wind blows past me.
Whether you dress it up or dress it down, fringe can add so much personality to any outfit. If a lot of fringe is too much for you remember, accessories can always add a perfect little touch.
Get some fringe and “get on the bus.”

Lace is that sweet, feminine, and elegant touch that lined your fold-over ankle socks as a little girl. It was on your moms wedding gown. It was that sweet touch your grandma added to the lining of the blankets she used to make you. There’s so much nostalgia, and emotion tied to lace.
Luckily enough we don’t have to long for lace anymore, because it’s here. Its being seen all over the spring/summer shows, inspiring us all to channel our soft, sweet and delicate side.
There are so many ways to wear lace. Cutouts are huge this season, so designers are using lace to fill in the gaps. It’s also being draped over gowns entirely and used as a sheer replacement for sleeves. Even Balmain has some really hot lace heels.
Let’s just take a minute to appreciate all the lace that graced the runways…
Dolce & Gabbana
Now that the moment is over, it’s time to start brainstorming how you can work lace into your spring wardrobe. I know I am. Once you figure that out, let me know, what’s your favorite way to wear lace?
There’s something so clean and crisp about one of the most popular trends that hit the runway for Spring 2014.
This look brings three words to mind:
Clean, refined, and elegant.
Most of the all-white looks are combined with other popular trends like sheer material, cut outs, lace, and long skirts and dresses.
Let’s take a closer look at some all-white attire from some of my favorite collections for this season…
This has to be one of my favorite trends, because it’s simple yet so chic. Layers of all-white will have you feeling like a bride to be, without the commitment.
So bust out all that white you’ve kept stored since Labor Day, and bring some brightness back into your wardrobe.
